About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a consistent social media content calendar
  • Develop and execute monthly marketing and content plans
  • Create engaging social media posts and graphics using Canva
  • Manage content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement to drive organic growth
  • Perform basic website updates and manage newsletter content
  • Research wellness and breathwork market trends to inform strategy

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation
  • Proficiency in Canva and social media scheduling tools
  • Experience building content calendars and recurring workflows
  • Strong marketing project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives
  • Strong written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting startup or wellness-led businesses
  • Knowledge of TikTok, YouTube, or Kit
  • Experience with Calendly and basic website management tools
  • Experience with social media analytics
