About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a consistent social media content calendar
- Develop and execute monthly marketing and content plans
- Create engaging social media posts and graphics using Canva
- Manage content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement to drive organic growth
- Perform basic website updates and manage newsletter content
- Research wellness and breathwork market trends to inform strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Proficiency in Canva and social media scheduling tools
- Experience building content calendars and recurring workflows
- Strong marketing project management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives
- Strong written English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting startup or wellness-led businesses
- Knowledge of TikTok, YouTube, or Kit
- Experience with Calendly and basic website management tools
- Experience with social media analytics
