About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings within Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central
- Troubleshoot and resolve catalog issues, including suppressed listings and detail page errors
- Create, update, and optimize product listings in alignment with Amazon guidelines
- Build and manage parent-child variations
- Utilize and upload flat files for efficient catalog updates
- Work directly with Amazon Support and Brand Registry to resolve listing conflicts
- Conduct regular detail page audits for content improvement and compliance
- Monitor and report on catalog health and listing performance
Requirements
- 1+ year experience with Amazon Vendor Central
- 1+ year experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Proven experience in troubleshooting Amazon catalog and listing issues
- Hands-on experience with flat files and bulk uploads
- Strong understanding of variation relationships and catalog structure
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Proficiency with Google Tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with catalog audits and SEO-driven content optimization
- Strong communication skills for documenting issues and solutions
- Experience working in an agency or multi-brand environment
