About the role
Responsibilities
- Research prospective clients based on client-defined criteria
- Build and maintain organized lead lists
- Conduct approved email or digital outreach using client-provided templates
- Track responses and lead status in CRM systems
- Maintain accurate notes and next steps for interested prospects
- Support administrative tasks including spreadsheet maintenance and activity summaries
Requirements
- Prior credit repair experience is required
- Strong written English communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms
- Ability to conduct online research and follow compliance-focused procedures
- Results-oriented and able to track activity clearly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking or lead generation
- Experience in financial services or real estate
- Familiarity with compliant outreach practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
