CPT-11531 Sales Development & Sales Operations Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities

• Research target mid-market and enterprise accounts and identify decision-makers
• Build and maintain prospect lists using Apollo
• Execute structured outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone
• Conduct outbound calls and follow-up with prospects
• Qualify interested prospects and schedule meetings
• Maintain accurate contacts, activities, and opportunities in HubSpot
• Prepare concise prospect and account information before calls
• Draft personalized follow-up emails and prepare proposals
• Provide basic weekly reporting on outbound activity and pipeline movement

Requirements

• B2B outbound prospecting experience
• Outbound calling and appointment-setting experience
• Multi-channel outreach experience
• Strong spoken and written English (Native or Near-Native accent)
• CRM and pipeline-management experience
• Proficiency with HubSpot and Apollo
• Ability to work 40 hours per week on EST schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience prospecting to mid-market or enterprise companies
• Experience with LinkedIn and email-based prospecting
• Experience supporting a founder or executive
• Ability to use AI tools productively
