CPT-11545 Marketing & Business Development Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities

• Conduct Facebook group research, posting, and community engagement
• Perform business development and partnership outreach to identify referral opportunities
• Create graphics, posters, and promotional materials using Canva
• Publish blogs and newsletters within GoHighLevel
• Support the promotion of coaching programs, workshops, and retreats
• Research YouTube topics, keywords, and content opportunities
• Maintain marketing activity, contacts, and pipelines in GoHighLevel

Requirements

• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, or business development
• Strong design skills with a portfolio of Canva work
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Experience with Facebook community engagement
• Ability to work independently and take initiative within brand guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GoHighLevel
• Proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT
• Experience in partnership outreach and lead generation
• Knowledge of YouTube, blog, and email marketing
• Video editing skills
