About the role
Responsibilities
- Research hospitality businesses and identify decision-makers
- Conduct outbound calls using provided scripts and SOPs
- Build rapport with hospitality decision-makers and communicate coffee-tasting opportunities
- Schedule qualified coffee-tasting appointments for the client
- Update CRM records and track contact attempts
- Maintain follow-up tasks and ensure opportunities are managed
Requirements
- Previous lead generation, outbound calling, or appointment setting experience
- Strong phone communication skills
- Experience following structured sales processes
- Strong written English proficiency
- CRM and VoIP experience preferred
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools
