CPT-11562 Admin/Business Support

Responsibilities

• Conduct consistent outbound calls to branding and web-design agencies
• Introduce the company's advertising partnership opportunity
• Follow client-provided scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational approach
• Handle routine questions and objections confidently
• Conduct multiple follow-up attempts when prospects are initially unreachable
• Identify interested prospects and move qualified opportunities to the client
• Schedule follow-up conversations or appointments when appropriate
• Maintain accurate call logs and prospect statuses in Google Sheets or HubSpot
• Track call attempts, conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes

Requirements

• Outbound cold-calling experience required
• B2B calling or appointment-setting experience strongly preferred
• Strong spoken English required
• Objection-handling experience strongly preferred
• Lead tracking and follow-up experience required
• Google Sheets experience required
• HubSpot experience is a plus
• Marketing agency, advertising agency, or partnership-development experience is a plus

• Confident, energetic, and highly conversational
• Excellent spoken English and professional phone presence
• Comfortable making repeated outbound calls
• Persistent without being overly aggressive
• Strong objection-handling and rapport-building ability
• Able to work from a script without sounding scripted
• Self-motivated and consistent with follow-up
• Positive, enthusiastic, and comfortable representing a marketing company
