CPT-11568 Marketing & Outreach Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Build, format, schedule, and QA email marketing campaigns
• Manage email lists, segments, and campaign data
• Schedule and publish social media content using Metricool
• Research local advertising, sponsorship, and networking opportunities
• Perform basic on-page SEO updates and keyword tracking
• Review deliverables from designers and web developers for accuracy
• Assemble monthly client marketing snapshots and performance reports
• Maintain organized marketing files and campaign assets

Requirements

• Experience in marketing coordination or digital marketing
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or ActiveCampaign)
• Basic SEO knowledge and experience with SEO tools
• WordPress experience
• Strong organizational and project-management skills
• Ability to manage deadlines independently
• Strong written English and professional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Metricool
• Canva or basic graphic design experience
• Experience working with real estate or homebuilder clients
• Experience with CRM or project management software (ClickUp preferred)
