About the role
Responsibilities
- Schedule approved content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook Groups
- Repurpose podcast transcripts into blog posts and LinkedIn newsletters using ChatGPT prompts
- Create basic graphics and Pinterest pins using existing templates
- Manage weekly email scheduling and YouTube uploads for podcast clips
- Perform basic WordPress content updates and landing page layouts
- Administer Tern CRM, verifying trip details and building formatted itineraries
- Provide basic email-based client support and inbox organization
Requirements
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and content support
- Strong written English and proofreading skills
- Experience with AI-assisted content creation (ChatGPT)
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
- Experience with WordPress and YouTube management
- Ability to manage multiple recurring workflows independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the travel industry or travel agency support
- Proficiency with Tern CRM
- Experience with Descript and SmarterQueue
