About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled intake calls with prospective clients
- Review client credit reports and explain findings using established procedures
- Conduct scheduled follow-up calls and Zoom consultations as trained
- Manage appointments on the company's shared calendar and maintain client notes
- Escalate complex questions to management
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience reading consumer credit reports preferred
- Client-facing or customer-service experience strongly preferred
- Mortgage, lending, credit repair, banking or financial-services experience preferred
- Organized, dependable and coachable
