About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize business financial records in QuickBooks
- Record, categorize, and monitor business income and expenses
- Assist with reconciliations and identify discrepancies
- Organize personal financial information and documentation
- Support tax preparation by compiling income, expenses, and receipts
- Maintain financial tracking spreadsheets and reports
- Assist with reviewing financial information within Housecall Pro
Requirements
- Intermediate to Senior-level finance, bookkeeping, or accounting experience
- Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks
- Experience with financial tracking and reporting
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally
- Good written English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting tax preparation
- Experience managing both business and personal financial records
- Experience with Housecall Pro
