About the role
Responsibilities
- Contact existing policyholders to schedule annual reviews and consultations
- Follow up on lapsed policies, missed payments, and banking changes
- Use approved scripts for each client category and campaign
- Handle routine questions and objections, guiding conversations toward scheduling
- Book appointments and maintain the advisor's calendar
- Document call outcomes and follow-up requirements
- Maintain client lists, appointment logs, and tracking spreadsheets
Requirements
- Proven outbound calling or appointment-setting experience
- Strong phone-based customer service experience
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to follow multiple scripts accurately
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling objections and securing appointments
- Financial-services or insurance-agency experience
- Dialpad or similar calling-platform experience
- Spreadsheet and client-record management experience
