About the role

Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective advertisers by email and Instagram using approved scripts
  • Invite businesses to upcoming publication issues and campaigns
  • Add interested businesses to MailerLite campaigns or contact lists
  • Follow up on campaign information, deadlines and outstanding replies
  • Maintain contact details, communication notes and follow-up statuses
  • Track outreach activity and provide regular progress updates

Requirements

  • Strong written English
  • Ability to follow scripts and established procedures
  • Comfortable with repetitive outreach and follow-up
  • Dependable, organized and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Administrative, lead generation or outreach experience
  • MailerLite experience
  • Spreadsheet or basic contact-tracking experience
