About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage inbound patient leads through phone, email and SMS
- Convert prospects into sleep test purchases or study submissions
- Manage a high-volume pipeline in Salesforce
- Follow up consistently with unresponsive leads
- Track conversion rates and performance metrics
- Collaborate with clinical and marketing teams on messaging
Requirements
- 2+ years in sales, lead generation or customer engagement
- Strong persuasion, objection handling and follow-up discipline
- Confident phone, email and SMS communication
- Comfortable with CRM and patient management systems
- Fixed U.S. Pacific schedule availability, 40 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce experience
- Healthcare, inside sales or direct-to-consumer sales experience
