About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare, schedule and publish content across Facebook and Instagram
- Monitor and respond to routine comments using approved templates
- Use Claude and other AI tools to prepare content from established prompts
- Format and publish blog posts through Squarespace or similar platforms
- Organize client content and track deadlines in Notion and Google Drive
- Coordinate with internal team members, freelancers and vendors
- Gather social media performance data and prepare recurring analytics reports
Requirements
- Social media management or marketing support experience
- Facebook and Instagram publishing experience
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent written English and professional communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Copywriting and content-editing skills
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation
- Graphic design and Canva experience
- Marketing funnel coordination experience
