About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and promptly
- Gather customer information and requested service details
- Book service appointments in the company's scheduling system
- Review technician availability, locations and existing appointments
- Schedule appointments considering geographic proximity and travel
- Update customer information and service records
- Track outstanding scheduling issues and customer follow-ups
Requirements
- Previous inbound call-handling or customer-service experience
- Excellent spoken English
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Appointment scheduling or dispatch experience
- High-volume call environment experience
- Familiarity with calendar, CRM or dispatch systems
- Automotive, mobile or field-service experience
