About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to routine inquiries
- Schedule inspections and customer appointments using the company calendar and CRM
- Contact customers to confirm upcoming appointments
- Enter accurate customer information and communication notes into the CRM
- Track cancellations and rescheduling requests
- Respond to routine business emails using approved guidance
Requirements
- Customer service or front desk support experience
- Excellent spoken English and professional phone communication
- Strong organization and ability to follow established procedures
- CRM and customer data-entry experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish-English bilingual communication
- Construction, roofing, or home-services experience
