About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the content calendar across social media platforms
- Schedule, publish, and repurpose content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Create and optimize captions, hashtags, CTAs and post copy using AI tools
- Upload and optimize YouTube videos, titles, descriptions and playlists
- Create, schedule and manage email campaigns and newsletters
- Maintain CRM databases, contact lists and audience segments
- Design marketing assets in Canva and organize Google Drive folders
Requirements
- Experience with social media management and digital marketing
- Familiarity with Canva and basic graphic design
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM systems
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
