CPT-11756 Inbound Sales & Lead Management Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales inquiries and leads
• Qualify inbound leads based on established criteria
• Schedule consultations, discovery calls and meetings, and send invitations and reminders
• Maintain HubSpot CRM records, lead activities and pipeline information
• Review sales-call recordings and draft follow-up emails and proposals
• Provide weekly reporting on inbound inquiries and pipeline movement

Requirements

• Sales, customer service or client-facing communication experience
• Strong spoken and written English skills
• CRM and pipeline-management experience
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently as an independent contractor

Preferred Qualifications

• HubSpot experience
• Inbound sales or lead management experience
• Experience supporting a founder, executive or small sales team
