About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor designated inboxes for incoming purchase orders
- Review purchase order details for completeness and accuracy
- Enter purchase orders into the order management platform
- Verify customer information, product details, quantities and pricing
- Maintain accurate records and report discrepancies or missing information
- Assist with order-related administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to process high volumes of information efficiently
- Excellent written English communication
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work scheduled coverage windows
Preferred Qualifications
- Data entry, order processing or customer operations experience
- Experience with e-commerce, ERP or order management platforms
