CPT-11764 Sleep Test Specialist (S1)

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients by phone, email and SMS to guide sleep test completion
• Follow up with patients who have received testing kits but not completed tests
• Track sleep test completion metrics and maintain accurate patient records
• Perform data entry and assist with appointment scheduling
• Coordinate with internal support, clinical and marketing teams
• Gather patient feedback and recommend process improvements

Requirements

• At least 2 years in customer service, administrative support or patient engagement
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable with CRM systems and basic reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare or direct-to-consumer experience
• Salesforce experience
• Bachelor's degree
