About the role
Responsibilities
- Make outbound and handle inbound calls about health and safety inspections
- Coordinate inspection appointments between landlords, tenants and service providers
- Maintain accurate records of tenant communications and confirmations
- Follow up on missed appointments and reschedule as needed
- Book jobs and inspections via phone and online booking system
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Strong numerical and multitasking skills
- Typing speed of 60-70 WPM
- Prior customer service or appointment scheduling experience
- Attention to detail and time management
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of UK rental property regulations and tenant rights
