Creative Associate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coordination of creative projects from brief to delivery
• Maintain project plans, trackers, timelines, and documentation
• Schedule meetings, prepare status updates, and follow up on actions
• Coordinate creative, strategy, and production teams to keep tasks on plan
• Monitor schedules, resource allocation, and deliverable deadlines
• Support budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting
• Escalate risks, delays, or dependencies to Project Managers
• Maintain accurate records in project management and workflow tools
• Ensure compliance with ACD processes, templates, and governance standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project workflows

Requirements

• 3-7 years in project coordination, account coordination, marketing, or creative services
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or Salesforce
