About the role
About the Company
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, offering luxury accommodations, dining, entertainment, and world-class amenities.
Responsibilities
- Translate information and key messages into compelling visual experiences including handbooks, presentations, and digital/print materials
- Conceptualize and produce creative assets for colleague campaigns, initiatives, and events
- Create engaging content for internal screens and colleague-facing communication channels
- Capture, edit, and produce photography and video showcasing company culture and milestones
- Champion and protect the Wynn brand visual identity
- Strengthen employer brand through storytelling
- Build and maintain a curated library of design, photography, and video assets
- Partner with People & Culture and Marketing teams to deliver impactful content
- Collaborate with external agencies and production partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in hospitality or luxury sectors
- Strong portfolio covering print, digital, photography, and multimedia
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficiency in photography and videography (planning, shooting, and editing)
- Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro
- Familiarity with motion graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects
- Strong visual storytelling skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with motion graphics
- Experience in luxury or service-led brand environments

- 3+ years graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
