About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of the company's visual identity and creative initiatives
- Translate business objectives and brand positioning into compelling visual and multimedia experiences
- Ensure brand consistency and design excellence across digital, print, presentations, proposals, and events
- Lead the creative development and production of video and podcast content from concept to final delivery
- Serve as the internal creative authority for all customer-facing materials
Requirements
- Exceptional creative vision combined with strong project management capabilities
- Hands-on approach to design, video, audio, and multimedia production
- Ability to balance strategic creative thinking with day-to-day execution in a fast-paced environment
