About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute social-first content and assets across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Own the design and adaptation of paid media assets for performance-driven creative
- Develop static and motion graphics and short-form animated content
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation and production
- Partner with social, marketing, and performance teams to ensure brand consistency
- Manage multiple digital design requests within campaign timelines
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social/digital design with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with motion/video tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for image generation
- Strong understanding of paid media formats and platform best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
