About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop ad angles, hooks, and concepts from customer pain points, reviews, UGC, and competitor research
- Translate product features into clear, compelling value propositions
- Analyze creative performance and identify winning patterns
- Write clear, actionable creative briefs for designers, editors, and creators
- Design structured creative testing plans and document insights
- Work closely with media buyers, UGC managers, designers, and editors
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Performance Marketer, or similar in e-commerce or DTC
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing
- Experience with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube preferred)
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Decisions based on data
- Excellent written communication
Preferred Qualifications
- TikTok Shop or UGC-heavy brand experience
- Experience scaling winning creatives past initial tests
- Familiarity with CRO and landing page optimization
- Ability to source or coach UGC creators
