Creative Writer & Producer

Responsibilities

• Deliver polished 1-page pitches including references to viral content and visual assets
• Source b-roll, stock footage, images, and reference materials
• Write short-form scripts using proven storytelling frameworks to drive engagement
• Review and approve edited videos, providing feedback on audio, pacing, and story flow
• Publish content daily across short-form, long-form, carousel, and newsletter formats
• Manage content calendars and post-production workflows

Requirements

• Prior experience creating viral content for TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Shorts
• Proven experience writing short-form scripts and guiding video edits
• Exceptional research skills for uncovering trends and obscure stories
• Strong storytelling sense with expertise in hooks and narrative arcs
• Familiarity with video editing tools like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Basic knowledge of animation and motion graphics
