About the role
Responsibilities
- Own creator partnerships end to end, from outreach to live ad sets
- Source and vet creators with a personal tie to adult autism or neurodivergence
- Negotiate rates, usage and whitelisting, and draft agreements
- Write neurodivergent-affirming creator briefs and manage content production
- Track creator ad performance and recommend rebooks or iterations
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in creator partnerships, DTC, agency or UGC
- Experienced creator negotiator fluent in whitelisting, usage and CPM
- Strong creative instinct for content quality and paid social fit
- Highly organized with current trackers and closed loops
- Clear written communicator who flags problems early
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep fluency in the neurodivergent community and its creators
- Start-up experience or hands-on social content creation
