Credentialing/Enrollment Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist in building the credentialing program for the Nourish network of Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Therapists and RDs
• Own the end-to-end cycle of payer enrollment applications for new and existing providers
• Streamline existing credentialing processes through automation and tool optimization
• Develop and implement SOPs for payer enrollments and provider credentialing
• Manage and uptrain the contract credentialing team
• Track and report on credentialing and payer enrollment metrics
• Provide direct support to dietitians and payers
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a payer enrollment and/or credentialing role
• Familiarity with payer enrollment and credentialing processes across various provider types
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Meticulous organization and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies
• Flexible and adaptable to new challenges
