About the role
Responsibilities
- Review and process proposed finance applications in a timely fashion
- Examine credit applications for completeness and accuracy
- Analyze bank statements and financial statements for genuineness and business turnover
- Check customer status through de-dupes and CBRB
- Meet daily targets while maintaining low error rates
- Escalate cases requiring higher decision-making authority with full analysis
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of practical banking experience, preferably in finance and credit
- Strong credit and analytical skills
- Detailed knowledge of ADIB's Retail Banking credit products and services
- Broad knowledge of Retail Credit and Operational Policies
- Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks
- Good communication and computer skills
