About the role
Responsibilities
- Review and process proposed finance applications in a timely fashion
- Examine credit applications for completeness and timeliness of information
- Prepare error-free credit documentation
- Analyze bank statements for genuineness, continuity, and business turnover
- Analyze applicant financial statements and provide findings
- Check customer status through de-dupes/CBRB
- Meet minimum daily targets while maintaining low error levels
- Escalate cases requiring higher DP with full analysis and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of practical banking experience, preferably in finance and credit
- Good credit and analytical skills
- Detailed knowledge of ADIB's Retail Banking credit products and services
- Broad knowledge of Retail Credit and Operational Policies & Procedures
- Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks
- Good communication and computer skills
