About the role
Responsibilities
- Examine credit applications for completeness and timeliness
- Prepare error-free credit documentation
- Analyze bank statements for genuineness, turnover, and continuity
- Analyze applicant financial statements and provide findings
- Check customer status through de-dupes/CBRB
- Escalate cases requiring higher DP with full analysis and recommendations
- Support business in achieving monthly budget and targets while maintaining portfolio quality
- Comply with operational controls and policies
Requirements
- UAE National status required
- Minimum 3 years of practical banking experience, preferably in finance and credit
- Good credit and analytical skills
- Detailed knowledge of ADIB's Retail Banking credit products and services
- Broad knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks
- Good communication and computer skills
