About the role
Responsibilities
- Regular interaction with customers and collection of payments and PDCs
- Analyze outstanding payments and follow-up with customers to reduce outstanding amounts
- Build and maintain close links with customers to ensure smooth account running
- Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity
- Maintain credit control reports accuracy and analyze customer financial liabilities
- Undertake collected and pending debts reconciliations for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reviews
- Provide accurate advice on billing queries
- Interface with management in other departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 5 - 7 years of Accounts experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Good numeracy skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Good planning and organizational skills to prioritize work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
