Credit Control Executive

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer payments and follow up with customers and the sales team to reduce overdue balances
• Review customer credit limits, payment history, and financial information to reduce bad debt risk
• Organize monthly credit meetings with the sales team and follow up on settlement actions
• Prepare credit reports, account receivable confirmations, and documents for legal recovery
• Review and approve the release of orders on credit hold per company policy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Up to 3 years of experience in Accounting, Credit Control, or Accounts Receivable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
