Job description

Responsibilities

  • Process and track credit disputes end-to-end, from identifying inaccuracies to drafting dispute letters
  • Maintain accurate client records, dispute logs, and credit report timelines
  • Interpret credit reports to identify actionable items like collections, charge-offs, and errors
  • Communicate directly with US-based clients regarding case progress and expectations
  • Prepare and organize dispute correspondence and supporting documentation
  • Track dispute outcomes and prepare internal reports and case summaries

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of direct experience handling credit disputes or credit report analysis
  • Working knowledge of credit repair regulations (FCRA basics) and dispute cycle mechanics
  • Neutral, clearly understandable English accent for US client communication
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and spreadsheet tracking tools
  • Experience with credit repair platforms (e.g., CreditRepairCloud, DisputeFox) is strongly preferred
