Crewing Officer

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain a Master Certification Register for all approved diving and offshore personnel
• Maintain updated crew rotation plans and ensure execution of crewing strategies
• Ensure all diving certificates and personnel documents are compliant with HSE, IMCA, and company requirements
• Liaise with the Diving Operations Manager to assist in planning crew changes and personnel movements
• Coordinate with Project Managers to support the preparation of diving personnel requirements
• Manage visa, work permit, travel, and accommodation requirements for offshore personnel
• Ensure all personnel movements and working details are accurately recorded for payroll
• Design and maintain dashboards to produce reports on crewing statistics and operational efficiencies
• Prepare and manage crew training and development plans

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong numerical ability and logical thinking
• Creative report-writing skills
• Excellent coordination skills across different departments
• Ability to work effectively and deliver results
