CRM & BDR Manager

Responsibilities

• Administer Zoho CRM end to end including custom fields, modules, layouts, workflows, and permissions
• Set up and monitor CRM sync between Zoho and ad platforms, websites, and other properties
• Build custom reports and dashboards for BDR and sales productivity, lead disposition, and ROI
• Lead a team of four BDR/Pre-Sales reps, setting quotas, incentives, and managing rosters
• Design and manage the outbound sales motion from first touch to qualified handover
• Automate outreach using BDR sequences and AI agents
• Train the team on messaging, objection handling, and tooling

Requirements

• 6-8 years managing Zoho CRM end to end
• Proven experience with CRM integrations and data syncing
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills
• Experience managing BDR or pre-sales teams
• Fluency in outbound processes and automation
• Ability to join immediately or on two weeks' notice
