CRM Consultant

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on configuration of Sales and Service Cloud setups
• Manage CPQ processes including account creation, deletion, and access
• Execute weekly and monthly Salesforce data backups
• Conduct impact analysis and testing for Salesforce seasonal patches
• Review and create Salesforce design, entity models, and configurations
• Document business requirements for minor enhancements
• Collaborate with offshore teams for development and deployment of code and changes
• Provide production support, incident management, and service request handling
• Train business users on Salesforce process flows
• Support integrations for Outlook, HubSpot, and other platforms
• Drive solutions using Lightning Flows, Lead Management, and Opportunity Management
• Configure reports, dashboards, and security settings including profiles, roles, and SSO

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and CPQ
• Experience with data upload tools like Data Loader and Import Wizard
• Proven ability to assess technical design impacts due to functional requirement changes
• Experience working in support or managed services projects
• Salesforce Certifications in Admin, Admin+, or Platform are required
