CRM Data Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead data cleansing and remediation for each school or cluster ahead of HubSpot migration
• Define and document data mapping between legacy systems (Dynamics) and HubSpot
• Support migration execution via CSV/Excel import or script-based load, validating data as it lands
• Own ongoing governance of CRM data quality and completeness across all live schools
• Establish processes that promote accurate data capture across the Sales and Parent Experience journey
• Define and own KPIs measuring data quality and completeness with the CRM Insights and Analysis Manager
• Provide data quality reporting to school-level stakeholders and central teams
• Maintain a repeatable data standard and playbook covering migration and ongoing governance

Requirements

• Experience leading data migration, cleansing or data quality initiatives
• Experience establishing data quality standards or governance in an operational context
• Experience working across central and site-based stakeholders in a multi-site organisation
• Strong data management discipline with a structured approach to cleansing, mapping and validation
• Hands-on working knowledge of HubSpot or an equivalent CRM or data platform
• Clear communication skills with non-technical colleagues
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
