CRM Enablement Manager

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot training and enablement strategy across the full user lifecycle
• Design and maintain a centralised, searchable training repository
• Define learning pathways and an internal certification framework by user group
• Run train-the-trainer programmes for Regional and School Leads
• Keep training materials current with product and process change
• Feed recurring training gaps back as change needs
• Own business-as-usual training, refreshers and new-starter onboarding

Requirements

• Designing and delivering training across multiple sites or time zones
• Building learning pathways or certification frameworks
• Running train-the-trainer models
• Strong instructional design skills for non-technical audiences
• Facilitating in-person and virtual training
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Building or managing a self-service knowledge base or LMS
• Familiarity with HubSpot or an equivalent CRM platform
• Learning & Development or instructional design certification
• HubSpot Academy or equivalent CRM certification
• Experience in K-12, independent or international education
• Experience supporting large-scale multi-market CRM rollouts
