CRM & LIfecycle Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle strategy end-to-end across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and win-back
• Build, launch and optimize automated journeys across email, push and in-app using Braze
• Own lifecycle metrics and set targets for activation, retention and conversion
• Design segmentation for business and consumer users
• Run a high-velocity A/B testing program with the Growth PM and Product Marketers
• Own deep linking and campaign attribution in Branch
• Coordinate cross-channel campaigns with the wider marketing team
• Own CRM data quality and audience hygiene
• Partner with design and content on on-brand messaging
• Own the health of the martech stack

Requirements

• 3-5 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience
• Hands-on experience building automated lifecycle journeys in a CRM platform
• Strong analytical foundation
• Experience in a fast-paced scale-up environment
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders
• Based in or open to relocating to the UAE

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with Braze and Branch
• Experience building or scaling a lifecycle program
• Experience across B2B and consumer audiences, ideally in fintech
• Strong copywriting for converting messaging
• Martech integration experience
