About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the CRM product vision and roadmap across the group
- Lead the global HubSpot rollout across all clusters
- Run marketing automation across the full funnel
- Build data model, integrations and attribution tracking
- Connect CRM with MIS, finance and communication tools
- Drive CRM adoption, training and data quality standards
Requirements
- Commercial focus on CRM-driven growth and ROI
- Product mindset with data-led prioritisation
- Experience in CRM product management or commercial systems
- Hands-on HubSpot or Salesforce experience
- Track record of CRM adoption and change management at scale
- Experience with multi-market CRM programmes
- Degree or equivalent professional experience
