CRM Representative

Responsibilities

• Contact rent a car companies, fleet customers, insurance companies, and government establishments for potential service business
• Assist in developing customized service packages for fleet and corporate customers
• Contact lapsed customers with special prices or packages to drive retention
• Promote service contracts and extended warranties to retail customers
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the service manager
• Gather competitor pricing and campaign information
• Follow up on overdue customer payments as requested by CCD
• Execute and track CRM campaigns according to instructions
• Assist the Service Manager with day-to-day departmental coordination
• Liaise with stakeholders to create meaningful campaign performance reports
• Handle and communicate solutions for customer problems and complaints

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong experience with Campaign Management or Marketing Automation Platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to meet deadlines and strong interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal) is essential

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
• 2-3 years of experience in administrative support activities
