CRM Sr. Associate - Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Serve as primary point of contact for key projects
• Manage multiple customer projects, scoping, planning and executing deliverables
• Develop timelines, communication strategies, governance frameworks and change management plans
• Manage project scope against contract and identify contract amendments
• Develop internal project finance processes and support invoicing and billing
• Manage benefit tracking and maintain customer ROI

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field
• 3-5 years healthcare project management experience
• Professional services or consulting experience
• Understanding of hospital revenue cycle management
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CAPM or RHIA
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Financial and analytical skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, MHA or MPH
• Sales or business development experience
• Inpatient and outpatient coding experience
• Clinical experience
