About the role
Responsibilities
- Support cross-departmental initiatives by serving as a subject matter expert for CRM systems
- Analyze business requirements and workflows for student marketing initiatives
- Lead CRM platform maintenance, troubleshooting, and user training
- Identify automation opportunities and third-party tool integrations
- Implement innovative business and CRM trends to ensure campaign success
- Communicate insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to enhance decision-making and efficiency
- Ensure data privacy and responsible human-in-the-loop oversight when using AI
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce, Slate, Element451, or similar CRM systems
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
