About the role
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day system administration including users, permissions, properties, and pipelines
- Design and build workflows using native HubSpot automation and custom-coded actions
- Lead rollout execution for branch launches including configuration and hypercare support
- Manage agency partners by scoping work and reviewing deliverables
- Build and maintain integrations with Dialpad, NetSuite, and internal data pipelines
- Own customer data quality through deduplication and property governance
Requirements
- 3+ years of HubSpot administration experience (Service Hub or Sales Hub)
- Ability to write and debug custom code and webhooks to extend HubSpot functionality
- Strong technical fluency in data structure, system architecture, and integration design
- Experience managing or overseeing outside vendors or agency partners
- Ability to support non-technical staff across multiple locations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience administering CRM across multiple business units or locations
- Exposure to ERP systems like NetSuite
- HubSpot certifications such as Solutions Architect or RevOps
- Experience supporting companies through acquisition or multi-brand growth models
- Familiarity with telephony platforms like Dialpad
