About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage A/B tests using tools like Intelligems
- Review CRO redesigns using internal frameworks
- Analyze heatmaps, GA4, and user recordings to identify funnel friction
- Turn data into simple, clear recommendations for clients
- Work closely with designers, developers, and PMs
- Take full ownership of assigned client accounts and communication
- Lead onboarding calls, recurring client meetings, and progress reporting
Requirements
- 2+ years of agency experience
- Hands-on experience with Shopify stores
- Proficiency with GA4, heatmaps, and session recording tools
- Ability to extract practical insights from data
- Strong written and spoken English
- Confidence in client-facing communication and account management
Preferred Qualifications
- CRO copywriting skills
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Experience with Convert, Intelligems, VWO, or Optimizely
