About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound emails to resolve customers' after-sales concerns
- Handle product inquiries, order tracking, billing, replacements, cancellations and refunds
- Process orders for existing customers calling in
- Escalate complex orders to higher-level or interdepartmental teams
- Perform call-backs to resolve abandoned and disconnected calls, keeping at least 90% resolved
Requirements
- At least 2 years of BPO experience
- Strong comprehension and communication skills
- Above-average technical and multi-tasking skills
- High reliability, accountability and schedule flexibility
- Intel i5 or comparable equipment with 4GB RAM or higher
- Wired internet connection of 30 Mbps or higher
- Noise-cancelling headphones
Preferred Qualifications
- Telco or e-commerce account experience
